Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, cross-selling, and utilizing POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar.
Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and ability to read price sheets.
Strong English proficiency; familiarity with social media and live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
Support daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
