Job summary

Gallery Dept. is seeking a Sales Associate to greet clients, share the brand’s culture, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. You will guide shoppers, answer questions, process transactions, and help maintain an inviting store appearance.

The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and NDA may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong team player with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Numerical skills to handle cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide store tour while sharing Gallery Dept. culture.
• Determine client needs and address concerns.
• Respond to questions, engage with merchandise, and provide outstanding service.
• Process payments, balance drawers, and handle transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge.
• Cross-sell and capture client information in POS.
• Attend daily meetings and follow company procedures.
