Gallery Dept. is seeking aPart Time Sales Associate in a luxury retail setting in Miami. You will greet clients, tour the shop, and convey the brand vision while delivering exceptional service and cash handling accuracy.

You’ll work with a team to meet monthly and quarterly goals, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a polished store presentation. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail sales experience in luxury environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong team player with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Numerical and analytical knowledge to manage cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and tour the retail space, sharing Gallery Dept. culture and values.
• Determine client needs and address concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients.
• Operate cash registers and balance drawers.
• Maintain product knowledge and store appearance.
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
• Capture client information in POS and develop clientele relationships.
• Support store maintenance and teamwork.
