The Sales Associate role at our Chicago, IL location focuses on growing Ready-to-Wear while developing handbags and accessories, delivering gracious service with refined styling and strong product knowledge.

You will build lasting client relationships through storytelling, mastering product details, and utilizing selling technology to drive sales and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury/ contemporary retail sales experience.
• Prolonged standing/walking around store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• RTW experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise and storytelling to clients.
• Use styling and selling technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain client book and develop new clients.
• Resolve client issues promptly.
• Proficient and accurate use of the POS system.
• May open/close the boutique as needed; stock the store.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guidelines.
• Be a positive role model and maintain professional communication.
