Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Previous experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bonus points for proficiency in another language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling/service metrics.
• Contribute to Units per Transaction by promoting new categories.
• Develop and drive CRM through clienteling and post-sale engagement.
• Leverage store elements to provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchases.
• Follow all store procedures to minimize shrink.
• Handle all POS transactions per company standards.
• Support upkeep of store and Visual Merchandise standards.
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives.
