Canada Goose is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Fifth Avenue, New York store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a premium customer experience consistent with our luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in driving NPS and selling metrics such as conversion and average sale per transaction.
• Contribute to store Units per Transaction by promoting relevant categories.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Leverage store elements to provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchases.
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink and handle POS transactions.
