Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Willingness to work peak periods including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS and Inventory Management systems and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly customer service
• Communicate with customers to determine needs
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists
• Handle all POS transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap
• Maintain displays, assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engagement on social media
• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps
• Secure company assets through loss prevention per policies
