Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Temp Sales Assistant for its Rodeo Drive store in Beverly Hills. You will help maintain a high standard of customer service, handle register transactions, support omnichannel service, and assist the sales and management teams as needed.

You will communicate with clients, keep the register area organized, follow the store operations manual, and contribute to improving service and productivity in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion or similar retail cashier/sales roles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and high personal performance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer complaints and feedback to the appropriate team members and partner with management on exceptional situations.
• Support omnichannel service and safeguard PCI and credit card information.
• Complete register transactions accurately and keep the register area organized and stocked.
• Support the selling floor, communicate clearly with clients and store teams, and help improve customer service and productivity.
• Follow the store operations manual and provide feedback on potential updates.
