Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Experience or interest in home interiors is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Experience with POS and Inventory Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales while delivering friendly customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs.
• Build relationships and maintain an updated client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers.
• Handle all POS transactions including exchanges and refunds.
• Assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise.
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards.
• Write daily business recaps and share feedback with management.
