Job summary

• Handle POS, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Support store operations: displays, stock transfers, receiving merchandise.
• Encourage signups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social engagement.
• Share feedback with management and write daily recaps.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention.
