Job summary

Jenni Kayne Brentwood is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to maximize sales while delivering premium customer service. You will engage with customers to understand needs, build and maintain a client book, and drive sales through consignments and designer partnerships.

This role involves POS transactions, stock maintenance, and promoting Jenni Kayne Rewards. Candidates should have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, luxury experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work during peak periods – weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with designers.
• Handle all POS transactions including exchanges and refunds.
• Maintain displays, assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise.
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social engagement.
• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention per policy.
