Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background and social media/live demos preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor organization, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions including returns and online pickups.
• Support inventory movement and teamwork across functions.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
