Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in Camarillo, CA. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations, blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

You will build lasting client relationships, upsell, use POS and social tools, and participate in brand initiatives to drive loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage on social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory.
