Job summary

Cartier in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive luxury sales. You will greet clients, showcase timepieces and jewelry, and manage CRM initiatives to grow your client portfolio.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong product knowledge, and ability to travel for trainings and events. Weekend work and a collaborative team environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greeting at every touchpoint.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising and inventory controls.
• Support in-store and offsite events and trainings.
