Job summary

Cartier King of Prussia is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints and to drive sales targets while supporting daily boutique operations with accuracy and discretion.

You will showcase luxury timepieces and fine jewelry knowledge, greet clients warmly, and participate in events and CRM initiatives to grow your client portfolio. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment; MS Office and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet every client.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Assist in daily boutique operations and inventory.
• Cultivate client relationships and CRM initiatives.
• Support events and offsite client networking.
