Responsibilities

• Supports client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow up, including package shipping & returns/exchanges.
• Provides assistance with alteration, order placement, and order follow up requests, ensuring relevant paperwork, digital tracking and orders are thoroughly completed.
• Supports in-store client service, hospitality and thoughtful, personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.
• Supports the Executive Sales Professional as needed to ring client transactions, both in sales and returns.
