Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to support the VP of Retail in analyzing 360-degree business performance across the Americas retail network. You will develop performance reports, analyze sales and trends, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel and data visualization, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Merchandising, Client Relations, and People & Organization, and guiding improvements in store productivity and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience preparing business performance reports for management or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly store performance across key retail KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, DPT).
• Consolidate data across retail sales, client development, merchandising, and operations to provide a holistic view.
• Track client-development performance and provide insights to improve clienteling and retention.
• Review merchandising performance including sell-through, inventory, and stock-to-sales by region/store.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards highlighting trends and variances.
• Support staffing cost analysis, labor productivity, and scheduling in partnership with leadership and People & Organization.
• Maintain FTE tracking and support workforce planning through sales volume analysis.
• Assist with annual and seasonal sales target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
