Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in New York is seeking an Operations Support specialist to assist the Retail Operations team across the Americas. You will help with cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and support administrative tasks that enable store excellence in a luxury retail environment.

This hands-on role offers exposure to retail events, store openings, renovations, and the creation of operational documentation, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• In-store retail experience required or preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging and supply orders for stores.
• Manage uniform distribution tracking and support uniform logistics.
• Support retail events, trunk shows, and other commercial initiatives.
• Assist with project coordination for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Perform purchase order administration and invoice tracking.
• Help update operational guidelines, training materials, and process documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team.
