Responsibilities

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service and manage incoming client requests.
• Coordinate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage deliveries, shipments, gifts, and client correspondence.
• Record and maintain client profiles in the Dior Star CRM.
• Support sales activities through WeChat and other client platforms.
