Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking an Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling at a store location. You will perform daily store operations to support sales, profitability, and the customer experience, reporting to the RPSO Manager.

You will contribute to merchandise organization, price changes, and inventory controls while assisting with in-store events and activations. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
