Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling at a Neiman Marcus store. You will report to the RPSO Manager and contribute to store sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
• Reticketing and price changes to maintain merchandise standards
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization
• Set up and support in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas
