Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in New York seeks a Senior Manager to oversee construction and major renovations of boutiques and brand facilities across the Americas. You will report to the Director of Construction - Store Planning, based in New York, and coordinate across HQ partners in Europe.

The role requires 5–8 years in luxury retail design/construction, strong leadership, and travel about 30% of the time. A Bachelor's degree is required, and US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–8 years in retail design & construction within luxury environments.
• Fluent in AutoCAD and design software (Photoshop, Bluebeam, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of documentation and construction. Lead timely closeout of projects and liaise with HQ partners in Europe.
• Manage external architects, contractors, vendors and internal brand partners to implement brand design and ensure quality standards.
• Track deadlines, budgets and cash flow; prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Procurement to source and validate vendors, negotiate pricing and meet spending targets.
• Perform site visits to inspect progress and ensure smooth transitions to retail staff at openings.
