Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation's Armani Outlet seeks a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead a diverse sales team on the floor and in the stockroom, driving revenue and delivering an excellent client experience. You will partner with the General Manager to implement merchandising strategies, ensure stockroom organization, and maintain brand standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance frontline insights with strategic execution, uphold integrity, and motivate staff to achieve goals

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales.
• Oversee back-of-house flow, stockroom organization, replenishment, markdown execution and stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with General Manager to implement merchandising strategies and store initiatives.
• Provide front-line insights to shape store strategies and maximize revenue on the floor.
• Ensure clear, timely communication cascades to the team and aligns with brand standards.
