Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment across our luxury retail environment. You will maintain presentation standards, assist with floor replenishment, and help locate items for customer orders while delivering outstanding service.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule to meet business needs, and proficiency with computer systems and store

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds.
• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)

Responsibilities

• Merchandise: process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on selling floor; follow standards; assist with floor projects.
• Fulfillment: locate requested merchandise, complete customer orders, provide excellent service, assist as needed
