Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processing, placement and fulfillment. You will maintain presentation standards on the selling floor and participate in floor recovery and replenishment projects.

You will provide excellent customer service, lift merchandise up to 50 pounds, and use store technology including RF guns and Excel/Word. A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandise operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on the selling floor.
• Proficient with store technology and software such as Excel/Word.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to respond to business needs.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and present it on the selling floor.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with floor projects.
