As Merchandise Operations Associate, you will support daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment under the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with state Driver's License standards.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor and floor recovery.
• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs promptly.
