Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in the United States is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily operations, including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment of merchandise. Under supervision, you will help ensure accurate presentation on the selling floor and timely replenishment to meet customer needs.

This role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong computer skills (RF guns, PC, Excel/Word) and flexibility to follow business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light to moderate physical work.
• Strong attention to Visual standards and floor presentation.
• Good computer skills and ability to use multiple software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and present it on the selling floor according to standards.
• Locate requested items and fulfill customer orders with high service levels.
• Support floor replenishment, floor recovery and store projects as needed.
