Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processes, placement and fulfillment, reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager.

You will handle inbound merchandise, maintain presentation standards, assist with store projects and fulfill customer orders while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 50 pounds.
• Experience maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation.
• Assist in store projects and replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
