Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations, processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment. You will also assist with floor replenishment, ensure visual standards, and help on special store projects.

Ideal candidates lift up to 50 pounds, are comfortable with RF guns and Excel, and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle racks and carts.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor.
• Comfort working with multiple technology tools (RF guns, PC, iOS, Excel/Word).
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place on selling floor per standards.
• Maintain placement and presentation accuracy across the floor.
• Participate in store projects, including replenishment and floor recovery.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders with care.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer needs.
