Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of retail management in luxury/hospitality, a strong service mindset, and the ability to train a high-performing team across weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ luxury hotel experience preferred.
• 2–3 years’ retail management experience preferred.
• Strong emphasis on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign store staff; monitor work results.
• Manage inventory and budget controls; handle re-orders.
• Coach and develop employees; maintain staffing levels.
• Prepare and analyze budgets; monitor variances and take corrective actions.
• Ensure merchandise availability; coordinate promotions and displays.
• Maintain security and store safety; oversee loss prevention.
