Job summary

Zadig & Voltaire in Los Angeles seeks an Assistant General Manager for the Westfield Century City Boutique. You will lead daily operations, drive merchandising and sales performance, and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to grow the client base.
• Motivate and manage the sales team to exceed sales and productivity targets.
• Foster a positive, energetic store atmosphere.
• Document customer requests and communicate them to the team as needed.
• Recognize and handle loss prevention concerns with excellent service.
• Deliver training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities within the sales team.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, scheduling, and training for associates.
• Ensure merchandising, windows, and displays align with brand standards.
