About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to temporarily join our Retail Management team in our Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza location. Our General Manager will be responsible for the clientele-driven, high-volume, highly visible Century City Mall location. In this role, the GM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operations, ensuring that the store meets its sales targets and provides excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining high operational standards, exceeding merchandising goals, meeting sales objectives, building a highly motivated team, and enhancing associates’ skills and clientele base.
