Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience; luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Previous keyholder or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Professional, polished, and client-focused.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and sales floor activities
• Drive sales and assist the team in achieving store goals
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and support associates throughout the day
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Handle keys, cash management, and other store operational responsibilities
• Support inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Help train and support new team members
• Step in as a point of contact for the team when management is unavailable
