Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Keyholder experience in luxury retail.
• Strong customer service and sales focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service on the selling floor.
• Lead and support sales initiatives and client outreach.
• Assist management in daily operations and store routines.
• Open/close the store as needed and greet customers professionally.
• Maintain client records and build lasting relationships.
