Job summary

Brahmin Leather Works seeks a Part-Time Key Holder to drive store success with ownership of sales goals and a commission-ready mindset.

You will work closely with management to lead a team of sales associates, coach for performance, and deliver an elevated luxury customer experience while upholding brand standards and visual direction. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, and consistent selling excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
