Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Stock Controller for its luxury retail team in Colorado. The role partners with store operations and sales to manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and back-of-house stock while upholding service standards.

You will guide staff during inventories, ensure accurate reporting, and assist with repairs and returns. The position requires at least 2 years in retail operations, with VIP luxury experience preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and perform basic calculations.
• Authorization to work in the country and willingness to work varied hours, overtime.
• Ability to move merchandise and boxes weighing 0–40 pounds; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including receiving, shipping, stock counts, and accuracy reconciliation.
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff during store inventories.
• Maintain stock organization and presentation in both back-of-house and sales floor per operations guidelines.
• Support store staff to meet company initiatives such as inventory maintenance and operational procedures.
• Provide customer service for repairs and returns and ensure UPT and availability updates are achieved.
