Job summary
Brobston Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Stock Controller for our luxury retail boutique. You will support back-of-house operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure product availability as goods move between stockroom and sales floor to deliver a premium client experience.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail stock or related roles, experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and POS systems, and strong organization and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in retail stock, inventory, or related roles.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and counts.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
- Proficiency with inventory and POS systems and MS Office.
- Luxury retail or premium customer experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Monitor inventory levels, review reports, resolve discrepancies, and support inventories.
- Respond to product requests and assist clients with repairs, returns, and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, secure stockroom and complete required reporting.
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth operations and premium client experience.
