Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Stock Associate in Miami to support stockroom operations and assist the selling process through precise product handling and stock maintenance. You will protect merchandise and minimize stock losses while adhering to corporate procedures.

Responsibilities include securing goods, receiving and organizing merchandise, counting stock, and managing flows for repairs, markdowns, returns, transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Strong sense of responsibility; organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• A degree in business or retail management, or equivalent, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard products and valuable materials throughout handling and storage.
• Receive and organize merchandise, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
• Perform product counts and stocktakes, and track product flow in SAP.
• Manage product flow for repairs, markdowns, returns, transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to company guidelines and deadlines.
