Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure reliable operation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related systems in a luxury retail setting. The role involves preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and coordinating with contractors.

Ideal candidates have a vocational or college degree in a mechanical or electrical field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Two to Five years experience or four years apprenticeship or equivalent in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Background in building maintenance, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on building equipment and log safety inspections.
• Inspect vertical transportation, boilers, generators and HVAC systems.
• Order maintenance supplies and assist with capital planning projects.
• Coordinate building energy management systems and lighting control.
