Job summary

Extell’s 555TEN luxury residence in Manhattan seeks a maintenance technician to support and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will perform general upkeep, repairs, and improvements to residential units and building facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with vocational training, at least 2 years of hands-on experience, and familiarity with fire, life, health, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with vocational/technical background.
• At least 2 years of experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with fire, life, health, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general maintenance for residential units and the building (painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light bulb replacements, plumbing, equipment repair).
• Maintain fire, life, health, and safety systems and deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and team members.
