Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Department Manager to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience while driving revenue and profit for the store and its departments. The role involves leading sales performance across Men's, Women's, Children's, Home, FW&J, Accessories and related lines, while maintaining visual standards and loss prevention.

You will train staff, coach for results, and execute promotional strategies that support RL's retail objectives and brand image

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shrinkage goals and implement loss prevention procedures.
