Brobston Group is seeking a Men's Department Manager to lead sales and profit performance for the department within a Ralph Lauren–styled store in Manhasset, NY.

You will partner with store leadership to set goals, develop budgets, train staff, and ensure the brand’s lifestyle presentation standards are consistently delivered.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and a customer‑focused approach to create a memorable shopping experience.

• Execute promotional strategies and support sales, marketing, and profit objectives.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, and provide merchandise and visual presentation feedback.
• Execute visual directives and maintain compelling store environments and presentation standards.

Requirements
