Wilkes Bashford in San Francisco, a premier luxury brand for men's and women's clothing and jewelry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our store team.

Our associates deliver first-class service and a luxury experience, ringing sales, processing transactions, supporting Sales Associates, pulling internet orders, answering phones, gift wrapping, and ensuring impeccable client hospitality throughout shifts from 9:00 to 5:30.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide a luxury shopping experience.
• Ring customer sales and accurately process all transactions.
• Support Sales Associates and assist with pulling internet orders and transfers.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate associates; gift wrapping.
• Provide general client hospitality and uphold the brand experience.
