Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor to represent the brand and deliver personalized luxury experiences in our San Francisco flagship. You will build lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals, and support store operations.

Excellent service and expert product knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, understanding needs, recommending products, and processing transactions while contributing to visual merchandising and inventory management.

Qualifications

• At least two years in luxury or premium client-focused retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Experience with retail technology and POS systems; bilingualism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assess needs, recommend products, and provide exceptional service.
• Develop client relationships through personalized engagement and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting store objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with policies and loss prevention.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support daily operations and a positive team environment.
