Job summary

Tootsies is seeking a dedicated Retail Client Services Specialist to join our Dallas team. The role is full-time, weekdays and Saturdays, with additional availability for special events.

You will build strong customer relationships, process transactions, handle returns, and assist stylists with orders while maintaining a polished front desk area. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required; luxury environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and store events.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships with efficient, friendly service.
• Process sales transactions using the store’s POS system and handle payments.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds or store credits.
• Perform opening/closing procedures including deposits and cash handling.
• Assist stylists with merchandise lookups, transfers, and special orders.
• Maintain front desk organization and keep supplies stocked and area clean.
• Provide timely email communications and follow-up with customers.
• Support store events and special projects as needed.
