This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires qualified candidates to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evening events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and fashion styling experience; luxury environment preferred.
• Experience in a commissioned sales environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe consultations tailored to clients' needs.
• Recommend fashion pieces that reflect current trends and individual client preferences.
• Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Participate in and support store events.
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
