Job summary

Tootsies, a luxury fashion retailer in Atlanta, seeks a driven sales professional to greet customers, build lasting client relationships, and represent the brand on the selling floor. You will assist stylists with product knowledge, fit, and trends, ensuring a polished appearance and outstanding service during peak hours.

Responsibilities include driving trunk show sales, supporting events, pulling stock, tagging, and maintaining floor organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail experience in a luxury environment.
• Experience building clientele and working in a commissioned setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fashionable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and build relationships for return business.
• Assist customers and stylists with product knowledge, fit, styling, and trends.
• Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, especially during peak hours 11AM–4PM.
• Educate stylists by sharing product knowledge and updates on best sellers and trends.
• Drive trunk show sales for assigned departments and support in-store events.
• Assist with pulling stock, tagging, and organization of back stock areas.
• Provide front desk/POS backup and timely completion of Slack requests and markdowns.
