Vince, located at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, is seeking a Client Advisor in Central Valley, NY. You will lead with selling, uphold luxury service standards, and manage a high-value client book while sharing in-store product knowledge.

The role emphasizes strong selling behaviors, brand alignment, and the ability to convert walk-ins into loyal clients. Weekend/evening availability is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
