You will handle POS, process merchandise, and follow up with clients via multiple channels to drive repeat business. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to operate POS systems and basic computer tools (Word, Excel, email).
• Reliable with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds when merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with store manager guidance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features to maximize sales.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections with good listening.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and written communication.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards and operate POS and email systems.
• Protect store inventory per loss prevention policies.
• Assist with client book management and clienteling.
