You will manage daily store activities, foster an inclusive environment, and uphold brand standards while leveraging new selling techniques to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in retail management at high-volume or premium stores desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and store operations.
• Proven track record of building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for your store location.
• Educate your team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations by supporting the store vision.
• Assist in developing the store's client development strategy and lead community outreach in your market.
• Execute the talent strategy for your store, coaching and developing a team focused on the customer experience.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in your store market and monitor inventory control to meet shrink goals.
• Champion use of new selling techniques and technology to drive business results.
• Ensure all store policies and standards are upheld.
